Hey!!! Welcome to G Shock Fitness
Post COVID, I was the biggest I had ever been. I had been emotionally eating/stressing during the pandemic. Looking at a picture of myself one day, I decided enough was enough. I started with walking and slowly added weights and resistance to burn fat faster. I never gave up and 6 months later I was down 30 lbs and well on my way to a healthier lift style. I am dedicated to serving my community to help anyone looking to live healthier make the necessary changes. Living healthier is more than just a diet, it’s a “Life Style”
